Taper Roller Bearings

A RAS Tapered roller bearings are bearings that can take large axial forces (i.e., they are good thrust bearings) as well as being able to sustain large radial forces.

Ball Bearing

A RAS ball bearing is a type of rolling-element bearing that uses balls to maintain the separation between the bearing races. The purpose of a ball bearing is to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads.

Testing and Validation
TESTING AND VALIDATION

RAS Bearings with a constant quest to question and challenge existing technological advance has over the years established large capabilities to Test & Validates varied products & systems to achieve products perfection.

RAS Bearings's testing & Validation capabilities for its existing & new products are a great compliment to its Research & Development Centre.

Testing and validation

RAS Bearings has its own in-house Testing and validation Unit for independent bearing testing facility. Its complete testing facility includes over 20 unique bearing test rigs which includes and test for different segments like clutch release bearings ,kingpin bearings, steering bearings, angular contact or taper roller bearing test rigs. We have the capability to build a test rig to your specific application as well as the resources to type of bearings.

Our bearing testing programs focus on three main aspects of testing; life (dynamic), environmental, and impact/static testing. Typically, we define the test plan based on the failure mode of the bearing in the application. With testing being the final stage of product qualification process it is vital that it is completed with the precision and expertise which only we can offer.
